Update on 10.20 2007
-Support on wb6,Fix some problems such as menubar backgroud problem on WB6.

Not test on Vista.

Update on 07.10.14
-Fix start menu color
-Skined Vertical Startbar .
...

More different effects in it.
Include:
-Per-Pixel Window Borders
-Animations
-Shell Styles
-Toolbar Icons
-Start button animation...
