myTip=new ToolTips()
设置样式:
myTip.customBorder(0xffffff,100,0)
myTip.customBg(0x0000ff,30)
myTip.customTxt(0xffffff)
设置目标:
myTip.ctrlTip(mc,"世界你好LOVEyou)
