我也碰到了IIS 启动不了

晕，害我整理了半天。

我以为是用户权限不够，换了超级用户也不行。

启动时总是报“服务器没有及时响应启动或控制请求”，在[控制面板][管理工具][服务]中查看到“world wide web publishing”服务没有启动

在网上找了找同类情况，才知道，原来是一个补丁的问题。KB939373

先删除了再说。
