小红莓合唱团（The Cranberries）是来自爱尔兰的四人团体，爱情、背叛、政治一直是the cranberries音乐的主题，主唱Dolores独特的唱腔，有时柔弱轻快，有时强力的呐喊，吸引了世界无数的乐迷，他们以爱尔兰式neo-folk 的音乐风格，细腻的舒情歌，忧虑愁怅的旋律，唱出他们崇尚和平，关怀世界的理念。他们这种脱俗音乐绝大部份是出自于Neol和Dolores作的曲，由Dolores填上的词，而Dolores轻柔高亢，茫然若失的唱腔，成为港台艺人，如： 王菲, 范晓萱，辛晓琪……等模仿的对象。其中“Dreams”就是王菲“梦中人”的英文原版，从中可以听出，王菲的演唱风格几乎完全模仿Dolores的唱腔， 不知内情的人可能会以为是王菲所唱的英文歌曲。另外强力向大家推荐“Zombie”，相信你会完全被Dolores的声音征服，陶醉。
乐队主唱 Dolores O'Riordan 高亢有力的嗓音及其独特的爱尔兰花腔可以说是乐队的招牌。Dolores 的音乐天赋在5岁就被人们发现，在创作许多歌曲之后，她去了一支乐队试音，这支乐队就是后来的 Cranberries。
起初乐队在英国的影响很小，但是单曲 “Linger”在美国成功地成为1993年热门歌曲，这使乐队在英国也取得巨大成功，1993年首张专辑《Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We》以及94年紧接着的第二张专辑《No Need to Argue》的唱片销量都达到了几百万，而且带来许多热门歌曲，如 “Sunday”, “Dream”和 “Zombie”等歌。到了1996年的第三张专辑《To the Faithful Departed》，乐队决定加入更多的失真吉它并努力去体现音乐的社会性，但这一改变却带来了销量的下降。
乐队在为第二张专辑《No Need to Argue》做巡演时，有谣言传出 Dolores 希望离开乐队做个人音乐的发展，但乐队对此完全否认。虽然谣言一直延缓着，但乐队1999年最新专辑《Bury the Hatchet》的发行也许是对谣言最好回击。
