teachers are leaving..again..
i cannot really count how many teachers had already left us since i had come to njc ip..
at the beginning mr dane lim left.
then,if i am not wrong, ms scowcraft oso left for UK..
after there were a lot more teachers who left..and now, even mr bernard tan , sun laoshi and Ms Ng are oso leaving...

we have already lost two HODs of IP. last time it was Mr Ang..now it is ms ng..
i wonder why..
my ang and ms ng are two of the coolest and most capable and intelligent teachers i have even known...if even they cannot handle whatever is troubling or rather, pressurizing them, i have no idea who the hell else can do it, as excellently as them..
and oso Mr bernard tan..he is not just a teacher to all of us..
he means a lot more than that...
he is one of the teachers that we really trust and who always stand up and raise his voice for us...
once he said that he believed in all of us..believed in IP..

and now..
he is leaving us..

i think i understand him..
it's just like what he told us today
" it's like hitting your head to the wall, after a while when u find out that it really doesn't work, u will probabaly just give up" ..

we dont blame him.at least i dont..someone says tat there is always a choice to stay with us,
though the person has to tolerate whatever unfair things the school admins are doing...
but choice is still there..
what i think is that there should not be so much for the teachers to tolerate in the first place..
i do not think if not because of great obstacles,
the teachers who once had great faith in us would just 'abandone 'us and leave...
they must have fought hard and for long..but when they still could not change the unfair things and have to see them continue happening...
they have got two choices, one is to just let it be,pretending as not knowing anything and thus have a 'peaceful' life.. the other one is to just leaving the whole fucked up shit...it is very subjective to say which choice is the right one..but a teacher who had been with us since 2 years ago,,who had been trusted by us and speaking for us all the time,would definitely not choose a peaceful life..they might more likely to just turn away from all these masses..at least they did not have to change themselves to suit the nasty school..
Ip without these guys is just not ip anymore...all the founders are gone..

its so ironical that the school has been bragging to publics that how ip programme encourges creativity and how ip students were daring and encouraged to express their opinions on issues but when we really try to raise our voices for serious matters..the school admins just turn us down..they dont even give a FUCK!..

now i really regret coming to njcip...many of us had sacrifficed a lot when making that decision...we hoped our sacriffices were worthy and we would get paid back one day..
but things just turned out to be like this...

dont feel liking writing any more..too pissed..
