I have a part-time day job in the city, actually, I have two. Like most students do during their free time, make some pin money and also for living.
My two jobs are similar work, both of them I doing kitchen hand, there are in the same foodcourt of the same building. Australian are funny, they called the building "Broadway". I don't know what Americans think if they saw it. Broadway is a sort of represent of the New York city. But in this city, most people don't know about this place, people know about the building because there is a good computer store in the building called "Harvey Norman".
Yeah, those craps sound enough. About my job, I know I did it well, that what my bosses always told me about. My work live has cast back to 3 years ago, the first place I've been worked is a seafood resturant called "King of King", I mean, what the hell is that name. 3 years past, the only memory by me about the place, is how the boss being crazy... She's a devil... Most people have same viewpoint with me.
I left the place since July 2003, before my 19th birthday. After 2 months, I found another job at west Brisbane, the restaurant called "Sizzling Mongolian BBQ house". First, I thought the boss is good, and the pay rate also better than "KOK", however, after my training days over, the boss being kinda unreasonable to me, and to be counted the pay rate detailly, it worse than KOK... But I can have more time work, accordingly, I make more money than KOK...
One and half year past, time goes to January 2005, I found one the job in "Broadway", I got double pay rate than Mongolian crap. The bosses of this "Andy's reef and beef" are Franches, they are brothers and sisters, one of the sister Susan is a really pretty Franch gal... In the July 2005, I was in Winter semester break, I found this Sumo city Japanese restaurant. Be honourly, I don't like Japanese like most Chinese people do, apparently the reason is our history.
Now I make the money twice than my living charge, which means I made profits. That is good for me, not only because I made money, but also because I understood the hardship of the life...
