The idea that I first came up with when I was thinking about life is that it is like a gift. We just accept it and go on with it till the day when it becomes too heavy for us to hold. Life itself is not endowed with any meanings. We have to pursue the essence of life for ourselves.
Through the years passed, I have experienced happiness and sadness, fortune and bad luck, success and failure. Such things may be important at that time when things happened and I would of course have the corresponding feelings. But when I am running back all the experiences I have got through, I find the feelings of myself so unimportant and even hard to recollect. What I most care is whether I have come up to my family’s expectations. I know it is because that I love them. Then I realize that life is to devote myself to my loved ones.
I don't care how other people treat me but I have always been trying my best to earn my family's approval. I may have other people to devote to in the future. But my attitude towards life and my determination to satisfy the ones I love will never change.
Maybe life can be of various meanings, but for me, life means to fulfill the happiness of my beloved ones.
