Chateau Meyney
美妮庄园(波尔多)干红葡萄酒
Chateau Meyney is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc covering an impressive 51 hectares adjoining those of near neighbors Montrose and Phélan-Ségur. The vine climb to an altitude of 20 metres up quite a steep slope that ensures good natural drainage of the soil. Similar to Chateau Pétrus, there is a layer of blue clay that is about 3 metres thick and lies at a depth of about 2.6 metres below the surface. These remarkable natural factors give the wine a rich constitution that is quite exceptional.
美妮酒庄是波尔多梅铎区其中一间最历史悠久庄园，占地 51 公顷，与著名梅铎顶级酒庄Montrose 蒙特斯 及 Phélan-Ségur 波兰莎哥 作邻。葡萄树种在海拔20公尺的斜坡上，提供土壤自然优良的排水作用。 像Chateau Pétrus柏翠庄园，它在 2.6 公尺深土层里，有 3 公尺厚的蓝色黏土。此出色的自然条件，是做出这出众的红酒的基础。
A beautiful deep, intense red colour, almost black with bright tints. A magnificently expressive nose with a whole range of nuances in harmony: aromas of under-wood, perfectly ripe red fruit, and a finely judged hint of vanilla. On the palate attack is full and rich with good lengths, lots of density and power. In short, a bottle worthy of the best vintages of Chateau Meyney.
