Suspense

The wind comes ,from the north

Blowing little floks of birds

Like spray across the town,

And a train roaring forth

Rushes stampeding down

South,with flying curds

of steam,from nthe darkening north.

Whither I turn and set

Like a needle steadfastly,

Waiting ever to get

The news that she is free;

But ever fixed,as yet,

To the lode of her agony.

牵挂

从北面刮过来的风

把小群小群的飞禽

像细树枝吹越城市，

而呼啸的火车一列

喷扬着一团团水汽

从渐渐变暗的北面

向南面急急地奔窜。

我转身怔怔地站着

像磁针钉住那方向，

我一直把消息等着

只求她一切都顺当；

但磁针至今指着的

总是她痛苦的矿藏。
