古老的風車吱啞啞的轉，有角的男孩牽著那個女孩的手，在那座孤島那個城堡中迷茫的前行……逃亡
《ICO》的故事讲述了头上长角的少年ICO被当时的人们视为不祥的预兆，送到四面环海的暗黑女巫城堡里做祭品。可是由于小小的差错使ICO得到逃脱的机会。逃亡途中Ico遇到被囚禁而且全身发出光芒的少女Yorda，解救了Yorda之后，ICO决定带Yorda一起逃走。
经过城堡里重重的机关和无数暗黑灵魂的阻挠，ICO了解到Yorda正是女巫的女儿，而且最后女巫想要利用女儿的身体再次转生。几经各种难关，以及与女巫的最后一战，Ico成功的制服了女巫，头上的角也在战斗中折断了。女巫死了，城堡也即将随着暗黑力量的消失而毁灭，Yorda最终与Ico漂到了一个未知的岸边。
