I was unluckily choosen by leader to training project 2003，but luckily few company attend the training include my leaders。^_^
I don't know it's a lucky or a misfortune，fanny has never attend my sharing for one reason or another。that means I havn't been criticized by her，as well as given direction by her.

All in all,I'm very afriad of giving lecture in front of many people. I can't express myself clearly。that' my fatal defect just like my english level。
