I just finish my tute work this afternoon. Due to the course I'm studying now is management and marketing, therefore it means I have lots of chance to analyse the strategies that any company applied.
For next week's tutorial topic, which is talking about online blog's business strategy. As we all know, currently blog journal becomes one of the global trends that over 1.5million people write blog online. Such good opportunity, none of the business company should miss out. "Sina" obviously is a quite successful example because it has so many super stars join in. But the key point for my study course that I try to make is whether personal blog is an effective communication tool or not. In fact, I'm quite proud of myself because I had done a beautiful work this time, I think. I lists out all possible advantages and disadvantages about to be an effective communication tool like online personal blog. The solution that I came out is it's controversial. You can argue in both ways, both advantages and disadvantages exist.
To create an online blog company requires high standard level of technology in order to attract customers to join in and also technology development is very important to maintain competitive advantages. Not every online blog company could achieve these goals. However in essence, unsolicited opinions and offhand comments from business perspective can be seen as a significant resource.
