玫瑰纯露闻起来几乎就象是一朵新鲜的玫瑰花。极为繁复、神圣的香气带着柠檬般的影子，特别是以前蒸馏过程中所使用真正的古老玫瑰品种的香味。具有潮湿、清凉的花香与口感。未稀释的玫瑰纯露口感十分戏剧化且具压倒性，有点太过浓郁了。但是一经稀释后，它那浓郁的花香本质就变得精致、优美微妙，而且非常可口。
稳定性与保存期限
玫瑰纯露十分稳定，保鲜期通常近于两年或两以上，虽然这与产品本身的品质有很大的关系。由干燥的玫瑰花瓣所制造的玫瑰纯露在第十到第十二个月就会开始渐渐变淡。
