Eminem的奥斯卡获奖歌曲Lose Yourself（他的自传电影8 Miles的主题曲），这首歌曲拿到了英国美国的冠军，而且拿到了Grammy和Oscar，算得上是一首成绩上几近完美的歌曲。当然了歌曲自然好听，歌词绝对的励志经典。

这个是03年Grammy现场的录音，混音之后加入了非常多的摇滚风格，非常好听。

实际上这首歌曲在配器上原本就已经加入了一些摇滚元素，再加上歌曲本身的节奏和旋律是流行化了的hiphop 所以更容易加入摇滚的配器到里面。
