I asked him if he was real kind to me, how can you accept such kind of unfair sales contract, he told me it's the normal way to do business, and i worried too much and finally though he got his processing money but lost one customer, why he couldn't think more about the contract and discuss more detail with the customer, look such kind of way, you have one customer and lost one customer, how can i afford?
During the contract period I told him I had to check all the equipment and found common problem between the machines top speed and bottom speed couldn't keep pace and caused quality problem so i suggested him to modify the contract and what he said made me confused, you signed the contract and must follow the contract, even my goods just 10yuan and you agree one million and you have to pay, I warned him that according to the contract I have to right to check what he said was true and i will follow otherwise the contract will be invalid....
