delivery manager who can manage small development teams based in a Shanghai
offsite facility.  This position will manage development of end-to-end
features and sites that fit into larger project releases.  This position
will work closely with local development and test resources, as well as
core product team members in the U.S.  Daily communication with U.S.-based
program management counterparts will require good verbal and written
English skills.  Candidates must have very strong project management and
communication skills with a proven record of product delivery. Successful
candidates will be able to create and manage detailed schedules, design

overall development process.  Experience with Agile development processes

Software Development Engineer in Test
 
This position is responsible for participating in efforts to test and
deploy changes and new features across several international MSN homepage
web sites. The duties include testing technical online web content with an
attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality, and testing of
functionality to ensure that development implementations match what is
documented in design and functional specifications.  A core skill is
writing detailed problem reports (bugs) to ensure that problems can be
understood, prioritized, investigated, fixed, and deployed with a minimum
of confusion or misunderstandings.  Additional skills such as task
planning, test specification creation and review, and test case development
are also required.
 
Additional duties involve working closely with program managers,
developers, support analysts, and other testers to perform production
activities and to establish processes that allow smooth and efficient
deployment of web site updates into live production environments.  This
position requires excellent written communication skills, and an ability to
quickly adjust to changing business needs in an extremely dynamic
environment. This position requires the ability to successfully maintain
