写个博客先，马上就要过年了。

最近深圳非常冷，早晨睡觉根本不想起，每天拖到八点二十才肯爬出被窝。这么冷的天，太煎熬了。我家可能是周围都不挨着邻居的原因，所以非常地冷。太冷了，受不了了，电褥子，热水袋都用上了。

昨天目的港的Chris 电话中问我要雪的照片，随便上网弄了几张，意思一下，昨天忙坏了，vendor 着年前要出货，所以也接了N 多打来的车轱辘话电话。咋办呢，谁让我现在level 还不够呢。等着挣每个月7千块呢，先坚持一下了哈~赶

This is a leaving person who was constrained to leave M*.

I was working at SZHSALBDV and sent my resignation on Mar.12^th 2007. Confirmed by both KR* and HR my last day should be Apr.12^th 2007. However, On Mar.23^rd KR* Chan and VR*t Cui changed my last day to Mar.26^th without my consent.

 

My leader VR*t Cui told me on Mar.23^rd that if I have no any other issue to do, I can leave in advance. I exactly know it’s go against to our HR policy, I will compensate for my leaving in advance . His answer is he will talk with HR and I don’t need pay for it.

 

I was happy to know that but I feel strange and after a few minutes he sent a notice to HR in rush and informed them I have to leave M* on the current day. Until that moment he didn’t negotiate with me about the date he wants me to leave. According to M* employment contract, Company should inform me at least one month before if company wants me to leave and against my willing.

 

I treated his behavior means terminating my contract without normal discussion.

After I checked with my contract, I believed that is dismissal

What’s worse, he sent a notice to all members of SZHISF that my last day is Mar.26^th 2007. At that moment I hadn’t received any official notice from HR.

 

In the notice he said I go advance for personal issue, but I didn’t request to leave M* before Apr.12^th 2007.This decision is not my willing. That’s their unilateral decision. Therefore, I called HR and I told them the truth.

 

After that call, KR* asked me to have one so called discussion. But he said by intimidatory words that now there are two options to let me choose. One is accepting advance last day, the other is staying until Apr.12^th 2007. I told him I’ve already hand out all my work and no work I need to take right now. but he said if I have no work to do, he will pass me some work and I can not do that with negative attitude until my last day.

 

I didn’t choose any. Cause I didn’t ask company to let me go in advance and this is their decision without be formally informed of. So I argued with KR*. According to my contract company needs to inform me officially one month before if he wants me leave in advance not made decision by himself and without my consent. That is dismissal but I didn’t have any warning letter form HR nor any behavior of cheating company. after heard by this, KR* rebutted me that he already sent me PA about my negative working attitude after I sent out my resignation to both him and HR. He said that is the same as “warning letter”.  After be told about that I knew I can not keep this discussion any more. So I requested I need talk with HR not KR* nor VR*t and left his office. Before I left KR*’s office, KR* spoke threateningly to me that I only can choose accept new last day Mar.26^th and leave or stay here finish the jobs he pass me until Apr.12^th. Furthermore, if I still do job by negative attitude he will send me warning letter then I will go with none cent.

 

What a shock to me!

He is intimidating me.

I can’t believe this is spoken by one DGM of M*., One member of Summit Program. Menacing penetrated his words. It makes me so disappointed and dampened to M*. I can’t believe this is the company which I joined with ambition at the begining.

 

Acoording to above, I need to figure out their at least 3 gaffe:

 

1.   Made decision by himself to change my last date WITHOUT my consent.

2.   EXCEED M*’s authority about employee dismission process.

3.   THREATEN leaving employee to accept his absurd decision.

 

All people who knows me can’t believe I’m resigning from M* as I got promotion this year and approved my enrollment of Base Camp. I only have one reason of leaving that I deem KR* and VR*t are not correct person who can lead SZHISF and SZHSALBDV.

 

Dear all, Thanks for your reading my message any way.

I will choose leave on Mar.26^th but I’m not for scared by KR*’s words.

I only want to leave without any more fighting with this kind of so called management leave of M*.

He make me retch.
