The Web Design in my mind:
Before building a website, we need think about?
1. Who are the target users?
2. What's the website's value? (What's the benefit we can supply?)
3. What's the company's value? (What's the benefit we can get?)
If we decide to do it, the flow should be this:
Information Architecture should be FIRST!
By a simple sentence: We need draw a sitemap(which like the architecture blueprint) and design
the navigation system.
User Experience should be SECOND!
Some guys call it "User Interface Design", many aspects we need think about. Include(Accessibility | Usability | Findability etc.) In the end, a good user experience is the result.
Build it.
clean and kindly design style, the standard code, the efficiency of program, SEO, etc.
That's user centered design!
