This morning I have read so much about the piezoelectrics, most of which is abou the the fabrication methods. To my surprise, I found that the way we are using currently in Zhu's lab is quite diverted from the tactics in the text book. So I am considering to better the flow chart of processing. However, more difficulties are expected too. On the one hand, due to the tons of issues Prof. Zhu has to deal with every day, I don' t think I can have so much instruction from him. This is important since it's his lab, and he knows what can be done and how to do it. On the other hand, the time is always againt me. I have only about 2 and half a month to go, and all those new ideas are just now pumping into my head. All that I have done is only a bunch of pellets being processed in a traditional way. Those work just doesn't make much difference. So, in a word, what I am sticking to in these days should be - keep reading, write a proposal for a modified flow chart, hand into Prof. Zhu, and do it!
