Gourmand.
A person who enjoys eating large amounts of food.

Gourmet or Gourmand？
两个形容“吃客”的词，由Gour词根衍生而来，一个是形容美食家（gourmet），形容的是讲究饮食，享受高品质食品的食客。而另一个词（gourmand）是指形容那些喜欢吃吃喝喝且很贪食的人，对食物无“过分”苛求的人。

在现今，两种形态越发明显，为什么？因为有更多的人已经吃上饱饭，有能力去奢望一顿高品质的美食。“high-quality food”--无味精？有机？米其林三星？讲究的食材？我想这也只是基础条件而已，其中能达到”high-quality“还需至少一位有心的大师，完成这件“high-quality food”艺术品。
