My current education is almost finished. After tomorrow, I will be in the next stage-except all the forthcoming exams.
Most people will stay, yet still a few are leaving. They have all got their shirts signed, colourful and complex. I wonder how they feel. Excited?
Of course I will carry on doing biology...but for those who will not, today my biology teacher offered us a special 'practical'-toasting marshmallows on a benson burner!!! In addition to that, we also had chocolate cookies, jelly bears and fruit juice, etc. I was looking for some safety glasses and lab coats before I was told that we were going to EAT in the lab!!!
Gosh we are breaking the health and safety regulations, I thought...well anyway, it was under the teacher's supervision!
Tell you what-the 'fried egg' jelly sweet really does look like an EYEBALL when toasted.
Then we signed a card for the teacher and took a couple of photos. The message I left on the card was-'I love biology, including the PEACEFUL bit'.
Not really true though...but who cares?
Perhaps the most important things was to have fun-what, together with ALL THE OTHERS?
Not everything can go private.
The reading competition went well-whatever reading or writing, at least I deserve something from English!!! Think about all the poems I wrote....
I do not feel sad because some people are leaving. If there had to be something sad, it would be the fact that a certain group of people is NOT leaving!!! They are so persistent!
Tomorrow will be my last maths lesson...sorry Mr CDB!!! I must draw a clear line between the 'certain group' and myself-and I will do whatever necessary to highlight, intensify and consolidate this blockade line.
