Supper Girls is the most popular TV show in China these years.I have found a weird phenomenon since I began to watch it last year: every time when a girl is eliminated in the PK she wears a smile on her face and keeps her tears from droping（强忍住眼泪）.On the opposite,the winner always can't help crying.So what happen to them?
A explanation to this is that they have stayed together for quite a long time during this competeion and have established firmly friendship,so they will feel unhappy when anyone have to go.And the loser is said to be strong-willed(坚强的).It seems it's reasonable in the first face.However,I always felt uncomfortable when I saw these scenens.Why?
All along in my mind,people laugh when they are happy and cry when they are sorrow or hurted in a general way.Because this is the real human nature.Although sometimes we can laugh to tears(喜极而泣) or maybe have to pretend to laugh while in bad mood in special situation.But this is not always happen.However,in Super Girls you will never fail to see those odd things.So there must be something wrong.
Maybe this society have placed too much pressure on them.They are expected to smile to show their strong personality even though they are failed.The winners have to share their tears to show their emotion and move the audiences.They have been deprived of the freedom to laugh and cry!
May be I am a little subjective myself.But I really hope they can behave according to their heart,cry when they want to cry and laugh when they want to laugh.Because human nature is so precious!

I don't know whether the phenomenon mentioned above also exist in Pop Idol or American Idol and what's your opinion of this?
