Once upon a time, a yong prince lived in a sunny castle. One cold night a begger woman arrived, offering him a single rose in return for shelter. Repulsed by her ugliness, he turned her away. Suddenly, she transformed in to a beatyful enchantress.
To punsh the prince, the enchantress cast a spell and turned him into a hideous beast. Than she gave him a magic mirror and an enchanted rose, telling him it would bloom until his twenty-first year. To break the spell, he had to love anather and earn that peasen's love in return, before the last petal fell.
Nearby, in a small village, a beautyful young woman named belle hurried through town. She rushed her favorite shop-the book store. The owner gave her a book as a gift. A dreamy look crossed belle's face.
Far-of place, daring sword fights, magic spells, aprince in disguise...Oh, thank you very much.''
Belle rushed outside, reading as she wolked.
As Belle wolked, a handsome hunter named Gaston ran after her. "Belle, the whole town's talk about you! It's about time you got you nose out of these books.''
Than Goston's friend Le Fou joined them and began to insult her father, an inventor.
"My father is not crazy! He's an genies.'' said Belle.
As she spoke, an explosion boomed from her father's cottage. She quickly ran home.
At the collage, Belle found her father, Maurice, and told him what the villagers were saying about her. "They think am an odd,Papa.''
"Don't worry, Belle,''he said."My invention is going to change everything for us. We won't have to live in this little town forever!''
Than he hitched up theie horse,Phillipe, and set off for the fair with his new invention. Belle waved.
"Good bye! Good luck!''
But Maurice got lost and accdentally led phillipe into a bleak, misty forst. Suddenly, he saw two yellow eyes staring out of the darkness. It was a wolf! Pillipe reared, and bolted away. Terrifed, Maurice ran through the forst with some wolves racing behind him.
When he reached a tall, heavy gate, Maurice dashed inside. He slammed it shut on the wolvs, who snapped at him with their sharp teeth.
Maurice saw a huge, forbidding castle. Nervously, he walked insaid it."Hello? I've lost my horse, and I need a place to stay for the night.'' "Of corse. your welcome hear.'' said a voice.
Maurice looked down and saw a mantle clock with a stern, frowning face. Beside him stood a smiling candlelabra! "Why-you're alive!'' he said.
The enchantress had also turned all the prince's servants into household objects. As Cogsworth the clock protested, Lumiere, the candlelabra, showed Maurice into the drawing room.
Suddenly, the door flew open. A voice boomed. "There's a stanger here...''
"Please... I need a place to stay...'' Said Maurice."I'll gave you a place stay!'' the beast roared. He grabbed Maurice and drabbed him out of the room.
Back home at the collage, Gonston knocked at the door. "Gaston! What a "Plaasant'' surprise! Belle said.
"Belle, there's not a girl in town who didn't love to be in your shoes. Do you know why? Because I wanna marry you!''
