Today joined a PMP training in the office, the teacher from Singapore is professional and easy-going. but concering the training content itself,I just have a picture on the PMP(Performance Management Plan) and don't understand the specific requirements and action plans and something like these. but speaking from the other hand, i enjoyed the training process very much.it was so relaxed and asked for some intractive games and activities. yeah, it was great!
as for the PMP, i am confused and not clear what it will affect and what should i do.
